If you are a client and are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, including concerns about our fees, you are entitled to raise a complaint. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly, fairly and constructively.

How to Raise a Complaint

Please first contact the solicitor or fee-earner with primary responsibility for your matter. They will aim to resolve your concerns informally where possible. If your concerns cannot be resolved informally, we will follow our formal complaints procedure below.

Our Complaints Process

Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge your complaint within four working days of receiving it.

Initial Investigation — We will review your file, discuss the matter with the fee-earner, and provide a substantive written response within 21 days setting out our understanding of your concerns, our findings, and any proposals to resolve the matter.

If You Remain Dissatisfied

You may escalate your complaint to our designated complaints lead:

Legal Ombudsman

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving our final written response and within one year of the act or omission complained about.
